RAW Food Guide

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a CRUELTY FREE day so far "D. I decided to post this guide that I think may be helpful to those who are not quite sure of what to eat in the wonderful RAW world of fruits and veggies. So below is a guide of just a few fruits and veggies that may help many of you who are not quite sure of what to eat.  I think its a great start! :D. Isn't it amazing what God, Mother Nature, The Universe, Higher Power, etc., has left for us so that we may never be uncertain of what to eat. Just take a look below.


*NOTE: The health benefits of the wonderful fruits and veggies reflected below are not limited to solely that specific body part/organ. Each fruit and vegetable provide several health benefits to more than just one part of our bodies/organs. Always remember to explore and have fun with all fruits and veggies that are here for us to live a FULL and healthy peaceful LIFE.  ENJOY IT RAW!

God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body! God's Pharmacy! Amazing!


A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye.. And YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.


Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.


Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.



Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.



Avocados, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).


Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.


Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.


Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries









Oranges , Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.


Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

Raw Cruelty Free Carrot Soup

RAW Cruelty Free Carrot Soup:
  • 2 cups carrot juice (fresh carrots juiced)
  • 2 ripe avocados (save a 1/4 slice for garnishing)
  • Ginger root (about 1 inch size)
  • 1 medium to large garlic clove
  • fresh cilantro (for garnishing)
  • 1 apple 

* For thick & creamy consistency use 1 avocado to 1 cup each of carrot juice ratio. For a more soupy consistency use 1 avocado to every 2 cups each of carrot juice ratio.

RAW Date Milk

RAAAAWliiiish!!! CRUELTY FREE :D.

Hi everyone, hope you are having a cruelty free day so far :D. I am especially dedicating this video to my beautiful niece, we call her ShaSha (and yes she is as sexy as her name sounds). A few of you have been on me to post a video on how to make Date Milk, especially my niece. So here it is for everyone and especially my beautiful niece. ENJOY YOUR DATE MILK! 


*I found a great middle eastern market that sells dates still on the vine...RAWLIIIISH! Find your local middle eastern market for these fresh amazing dates. There are different kinds and they are AMAZING! YUMMM! I personally like Medjool Dates but feel free to taste around for your favorite! :D.

Ingredients:
 2 cups clean purified water (or fresh coconut water).
15-18 pitted, soaked dates.

*add water to your blender, add dates (soaked and pitted), blend thoroughly and pour into your favorite cup (or jar) :D and ENJOY!

I AM truly BLESSED

So I wake up this morning, fell asleep on my comfy chocolate brown couch last nite. I opened my eyes, took a deep breath and thanked GOD for another day. Yet, I was feeling a bit down. Struggles tend to start taking a toll on our energy if we allow our minds take us there. So, while I briefly embraced "feeling down" I decided to take a glance around me to see all the things that I am blessed with.  I took a glance at my wonderful son laying on the living room floor sleepn' so peacefully. I thought of my three wonderful sisters and wondered what they were doing at this precise moment...and I smiled.  I thought of my precious nieces whom I miss tremendously. I remembered my true few friends that live so far away. I suddenly felt the love that surrounds me. I felt humbled. I embraced my many blessings. I am so thankful to GOD for always seeing me through. I then closed my eyes and meditated for a few moments, I felt peace. I quickly and quietly made my way to the kitchen and made myself a RAWliiiiiiish green juice...(exhale)...what a wonderful way to start my day; Arugula (oh so nutty and spicy), fresh green lettuce leaves, fresh dill leaves and a few dates with some clean fresh water. GOD is GOOD.

What IS eating RAW?

Quinoa

Quinoa (KEEN-WAH)
For those who desire to eat a cooked cruelty free healthy food :D



For every part Quinoa - 2 parts liquid
(ex: 1 cup Quinoa - 2 cups liquid)


1. Rinse Quinoa
2. Place in pot with clean water and bring liquid to a boil
3. As soon as it starts to boil lower temp to a low heat
4. Allow to simmer/cook for about 15 min
5. Done
6. Enjoy!


*Optional >>Top it with your favorite Raw Cruelty  Free toppings.

A plea to my BFF...and to ALL


So, I receive a call this morning...and...my day begins on a sad note with desperation...

Latest news: Dr's couldn't find the cause of why she was feeling ill. All lab results are negative. Yet, she feels ill and doesn't know why. The medical staff doesn't know why and wants to send her home. It IS the FOOD. All though one eats lean meats and foods that are low in sodium, low in sugar, sugar free, low fat, fat free...it IS still MEAT and it IS still PROCESSED FOODS. I've heard and seen this scenario too many times. The cause IS what we put in our bodies everyday...it IS the FOOD...it IS the FOOD...it IS the FOOD. I love my BFF.
